These classes are to get your fitness back or started after becoming a parent. It is really difficult to find time to exercise while looking after your baby therefore, this class allows you to do both.
The class will consist of a general group warm up, onto the main circuit based main section, followed by a group cool down. Your babies will either be in their car seat, on a blanket/mat or in a sling if you wish. It is up to you.
**These classes are not available to anyone who is pregnant or babies who crawl due to health and safety**
