“The ABC Rehabilitation Classes have been a great beneficial to me. 

I am nearly 65 years old and have not been this fit since I was 21 years old doing Physically Education at college!

 I have never been in a gym class before I joined Georgina's Girl's. I now have defined muscles and can lift small weights. And feel so much better. I have severe Scoliosis of the spine but these classes have helped me with my back problems too. 

It has been a very powerful experience to be in a room with other ladies who are having treatment or been through treatment. That we are with the help and guidance of Georgina all getting stronger and fitter. 

The other people in the Pilates and Gym session are extremely supportive of one another.

Georgina is extremely well trained and knowledgeable and tailor the difference exercises to our needs.

I would recommend these classes to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of being diagnosed with cancer.
